Notarization & certification DE/E
Mrs. Bürsgens-Dyllong is fluent in Spanish and also carries out notarizations, certifications of signatures and authentications in Spanish.
If the deeds are in German, the notary can translate them directly orally into Spanish, so that an interpreter is not necessary for the notarization. The notary can give advice in Spanish in advance. For your individual case, please contact us directly.
The notary also draws up deeds that are to be used in Spain (or Spanish-language legal transactions). This includes, for example, powers of attorney in Spanish for the sale or purchase of real estate in Spain or powers of attorney for other purposes, such as accepting inheritance in Spain. We can obtain a corresponding apostille for you on request. If you speak Spanish, this document will be read out in Spanish. If you do not understand Spanish, an oral translation will be provided by the notary.
Documents in a two-column version in German and Spanish (e.g. German-Spanish power of attorney) are also possible in many cases by arrangement. Tell us about your request and we will inform you of the possible procedure.
